Quality Assurance at Max Mark: Ensuring Excellence From Farm to Export

Delivering premium quality fresh produce is not a single step it is a full, integrated system. At Max Mark, Quality Assurance (QA) forms the backbone of every process we manage, beginning in the field and ending only when our products reach international markets in optimal condition. Our QA framework ensures that every fruit and vegetable we export is grown, handled, and packed according to internationally recognized safety and quality standards.

To maintain consistent excellence, our quality team monitors each stage of production with strict protocols aligned with GlobalG.A.P., HACCP, ISO 22000, and European food-safety regulations. Starting at farm level, our agronomists work closely with growers to ensure controlled pesticide use, soil health management, and residue-free cultivation. During harvesting, only produce that meets defined specifications, size, color, freshness, and physical integrity is selected for packing.

Inside our packing facilities, QA procedures intensify through a structured series of checks including grading, sorting, washing, and cooling. Every batch is examined for compliance with customer specifications, microbiological safety, and shelf-life requirements. Temperature-controlled storage and handling further protect product integrity, maintaining the strength of the cold chain from packhouse to port.

Traceability is a core component of our QA system. Each shipment carries a unique identification code that tracks the produce back to its farm of origin, harvest date, and handling line. This transparent documentation allows us to deliver accurate records to international buyers while reinforcing trust and accountability across the supply chain.

Before dispatch, Max Mark’s QA team performs final inspections to verify that packaging materials, labelling, pallet loading, and transport conditions meet export requirements for Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Continuous laboratory testing both internal and by accredited third party labs ensures compliance with global standards for pesticide residues and microbiological safety.

Quality, for us, is not a checkbox; it is a culture. At Max Mark, we invest in continuous training, technology upgrades, and process improvements to ensure that our customers receive produce that is safe, fresh, and consistently reliable. Our QA system is designed not only to meet international expectations but to exceed them every season, every shipment, every time.
